playas.com.es has no user accounts, contact forms, advertising or third-party analytics. We do not collect your personal data for any commercial purpose.

What data is processed

• Server logs: like any website, the server records the IP address, date, page requested and browser. They are used only for security and to keep the service running (legitimate interest) and are deleted periodically.
• «Near me»: if you tap this button in the beach finder, your browser asks permission to know your location. It is used only inside your browser to sort beaches by distance: it is not sent to our server or stored.
• Email: if you write to us, we will only use your address to reply.

Third-party content

Maps load their tiles from OpenStreetMap's servers, which receive your IP address when displaying them (see the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy). Some news cards show images hosted on the original sources' sites. Beach photos are served from our own server.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the contact address. If you believe they have not been properly handled, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
